This term – thanks to our two new Clubs and Societies Senior Students, Tessa Mullen and Lamar Luwum – has seen a huge number of existing, and new and exciting clubs take place. We saw the latest edition of the Mossbourne Free Press published (with its new team of Year 12 editors), turnouts for Maths, Politics and Feminist Societies through the roof, alongside an exciting offer of new sporting clubs, including Football and Basketball. Two other new societies have really enriched the students’ experience of Sixth Form: Cultural Exchange, where staff and students explore and celebrate the different cultures and identities that make up our community, and Critical Theory Club, where students look at texts in university seminar-style sessions.
